To accomplish our mission, we have established three operational Activities:

 

1.  TRADING ACTIVITY

 

MGTE provides various products, available in several categories including:

• MV Distribution: MV/LV Transformer, MV Switchgear, MV Fuse,
• Motor Control: Contactor, Starter, Soft Starter, Inverter
• Power Management: Power meter, OT Panel, Anti Harmonic Filter
• UPS: Uninterruptible Power Supply
• Lighting Products: LED – High Bay, Street Light, Down Light ,Tube, Spot Lights
• Automation Product: Programmable Logic Controllers
• Electric Motor: MV & LV with various size

 

We have an authorized store available in our office for retail business or any immediate purchase. Our store has been appointed by Schneider Electric as an Official Electrical Shop, i.e. our Schneider products in the store are exclusively genuine Schneider Electric Products.

In addition, all our other products are also sourced from the above reputable brands.

 

 

2. ENGINEERING AND PROJECT ACTIVITY

 

PT MGTE has group of engineers being expert to make survey, design, drawing, supply and install electrical and control system at customer premises.

 

Our scope will include :

• LV Busduct System: Power and Lighting busducts up to 6300A
• Power Manangement system: Power Monitoring, Capacitors, Active Harmonic Filter and include Insulation Transformer/Operating Theatre Panel for hospital
• MV/LV Distribution system: Transformer, MV/LV Switchgear
• Lighting system: Outdoor and Indoor lighting application including high-quality LED Lighting product.

 

These activities include the installation at site, ready for start up operation.

 

 

3. FIELD SERVICE ACTIVITY

 

Our company has been appointed as Authorized Service Centre  of Schneider Electric  and we are committed to support our customers not only in keeping their electrical system in operation, but also in ensuring the system is well maintained.

We are also dedicated to provide improvement of electrical distribution efficiency for better cost and reliability.

Recently we are engaged with TXM Malaysian Services (a Transformer Life Extension provider) to act as an agent in performing comprehensive treatment of oil, not just the purification process.

 

As an Authorized Service Centre of Schneider Electric, we are committed to      provide our customers with the following elements:

• Certified Engineers

Continuous trainings provided by Schneider Electric ensure our engineers   are up to date with the latest competency level to efficiently

perform their tasks.

• Standardized and Calibrated Tools

We care about quality and therefore we invest in good quality of calibrated testing tools to ensure consistent and accurate results.

• Spare part Stock

It is our aim to provide service with short lead time and therefore we strive to keep necessary spare parts in our warehouse.

• Customer Training Program

To enhance the technical knowledge and skill for our customers, we provide technical training program which will be scheduled regularly

in line with technology development.

 

Other main Principles also provide our service engineers with adequate trainings to update the skills.
